We may add, remove, or modify features over time.
3. Eligibility and account registration
3.1 Age
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
3.2 Authority to bind an entity
If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3.4 Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate information and keep your information up to date.
4. Creators: connecting newsletter providers and verification
4.1 Provider connection and authorization
If you choose to connect a supported Provider, you authorize Sealivo to access Provider APIs using the credentials you provide. We use these credentials to fetch and refresh aggregate Metrics and to store Verification Snapshots.
You represent and warrant that:
- you have the right to access the Provider account and to use the credentials you provide
- you are permitted (by law and by your Provider terms) to share and publish the resulting Metrics through the Service
4.2 Provider availability and accuracy
Providers are third-party services. Sealivo does not control Providers and does not guarantee:
- Provider uptime or API availability
- completeness or accuracy of Provider data
- that Providers will continue to support the same endpoints or data fields
If a Provider changes its APIs or policies, verification features may become limited or unavailable.
4.3 Your responsibility for credentials
You are responsible for keeping Provider credentials secure. Do not reuse credentials across services or share them publicly.
4.4 No subscriber list processing guarantee
Sealivo is designed to rely on aggregate Metrics. However, Provider responses may sometimes include additional information. You acknowledge that Sealivo may technically process such information in transit to deliver the Service, and you agree not to provide or request subscriber-level personal data through the Service unless explicitly supported and permitted.
5. Public profiles, leaderboard and badge
5.1 Public visibility
If you publish a Public Profile, certain information may become publicly visible on the internet (including via the Public Profile URL, the public leaderboard and Badge images). This may include the User Content you choose to publish and selected verification information.
5.2 You control what you publish
You are responsible for the information you choose to make public, including any sponsor contact fields (such as email/URL) you publish.
5.3 License to display public information
By enabling a Public Profile or Badge, you grant Sealivo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display and distribute (including via badges and public pages) the User Content and verification information you have designated for public display, solely for operating and promoting the Service.
6. Brands: marketplace, requests and contact details
6.1 Requests
Brands can send Requests to creators through the Service. Creators can accept or decline.
6.2 Contact reveal on acceptance
If a creator accepts a Request, the creator may provide contact details (for example a contact email and/or URL) which are then revealed to the requesting Brand.
6.3 Restrictions on use of contact details and messages
You agree not to misuse any contact details or communications obtained through the Service. In particular, you will not:
- send spam or unsolicited bulk communications
- harass or threaten other users
- use obtained contact information for unrelated bulk marketing
- resell or redistribute contact details
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

Fees may be exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties or similar governmental assessments.
7.5 Refunds
Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

13.3 Effect of termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Certain provisions (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnification) will survive termination as appropriate.
14. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".

15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sealivo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, or data, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
